Nitesh is an MBA Grad in Risk Management and Marketing. Nitesh has done is graduation in geology and soil sciences and has been actively working in the field of Govt tendering and financial institutions. He has a work experience of more than 20 years in various fields Currently he has been associated with the company business and is heading the marketing division for us.
Director - Legal and HR
Pallavi , BA L.LB , has been core to our Managerial team working in tandem with Asha in ensuring we have the best of the Talents onboarded. The role of HR and Legal is being taken care by Pallavi along with her team in ensuring smooth functioning of the Company.
Director - Operation and Supply
Asha Bhoj, a Commerce Grad, heads our Operations and Customer Service. She has been a forefront in enhancing the overall customer experience. Along with her team she ensures smooth functioning of the end-to-end customer cycle including Customer service delivery.
B Tech Civil
Surbhi has an experience of more than 7 years and has been taking care of aggregate business of the company. Her influence on the Andaman operations and liasoning experience with Govt agencies have helped in getting multiple opportunities in Andaman and Middle East.
Operations
Ritvik Raj, a Commerce Grad, handles our Andaman and Orissa Operations for Mining and the Aggregate Business. He has been a forefront in enhancing the overall customer experience. Ritvik, has been given an opportunity to ensure smooth functioning of the end-to-end customer cycle including Customer service delivery.
Logistic and Supply Chain
Ankit has a core competency in Logistics where he ensures the timely delivery of the goods as per our contracts. He has been in the field from Last 3 years and in his previous assignments, he has worked in the difficult terrains of NE India. His experience of travel and blogging has helped us create a robust logistic and supply chain across the Indian geography. Along with Danny, he makes our team logistics a phenomenal success.
